Plastic or silicone cupping sets are used for massage cupping.  The silicone cups are soft and used on particular areas of the body.  Plastic cups are applied on the body with a hand plunger.

The technique breaks down restrictions and pain patterns in the body for a longer period of relief compared to other treatments. Injury rehabilitation is a process, and adding massage cupping therapy to your program is complementary.
